Melon Mambo Bliss

This is my favorite card with Bliss (SAS). I saw one the other day done in black and white,may need to case that one. I am going to try real hard to keep this blog updated, I say this all the time, don't I?? Enjoy the beautiful weather this weekend!

Because I care

Again, a cheap camera will not do a card justice. My first card using the Because I Care Hostess Level 1 stamp set. This is such a beautiful stamp, I will be using it in my SAS this Friday!!

Awash with Flowers

This was my first attempt at using the Awash with Flowers stamp set a two step stamping set(clear). I really like it, just takes some practice. Now if I could only get that new camera so my words are not so blurry!!!

Monthly Stamp Club Now Forming
Would you like to learn new stamping techniques? Play with different colors and stamp sets?? See the newest SU products? I am forming a hostess club where we will focus on all of these ideas.
How does a hostess club work?

There must be six members

We will meet in my home once every other month for one year

On the date of each meeting, each member is responsible for placing a minimum $25 order(before tax and shipping). The orders will be combined to forma workshop that will receive hostess benefits.

There will be a new hostess for each meeting. The hostess will be chosen by drawing names out of a hat. I will provide a light snack each month.

What are the advantages of joing the club?
Each member will receive at least $15 in free merchandise and a free hostess stamp set on their hostess month. You get the benefits of hosting a workshop without having to worry about cleaning your house!
You can purchase stamping supplies on a budget
You will make two projects at each meeting
You get a girls night out every other month (how perfect)
You will receive a free copy of the 2011 - 2012 Stampin' Up! Idea Book & Catalog in July. (If you dn't already have a copy of the current catalog, you will receive one)

I would like to have the 1st meeting in February and possibly hold the meetings on Friday nights, but we can all compare calendars once we know who our members will be !! Wow...what happened???

Can anyone say "a long time"?? Boy have I neglected this site. I hope to keep up with my website now that I am a SU demonstrator!! How exciting right? I am so very excited to share my passion for creating beautiful paper crafts with others. Join me on my journey!

Bookmark cards

I saw a few cards on SCS (cant remember the stamper) who used the tag punch to make cards similar to this. I do not have the tag punch, so I cut my shapes by hand and they more resemble a bookmark than a tag. I think I may make a few more of these and give as a set. Right now there is no salutation or verse, might even leave them that way.

Wow, what happened to me??

Boy, was I a faithful blogger for a while. Not totally sure what happened. Kinda lost my mojo I guess. I have made quite a few cards. As you can see I enjoy taking my pics outdoors. I am sure my neighbors wonder what I am doing out here. I enjoyed brushing my on my brayering skills on this card
